OFS Travel is a long established (25 years) independent travel management company and we specialise in sourcing the most cost effective travel options for our clients.OFS’s status as an independent agent means that we have no allegiance to any other travelproviders so we can always offer the best deal on the market through our system Uniglobe,which scans the market for the best available flight options.
We have a dedicated resource in place to negotiate hotel deals on behalf of our clients. We liaise with a range of major hotel suppliers worldwide which gives us access to over 430,000 hotels around the globe allowing for greater choice, value and last minute availability. Although price is highly important, we also assess hotels on quality and safety and consider factors such as location, cleanliness, availability of public transport and onsite parking. Hotel prices are always benchmarked against Expedia- to offer a lower rate.
UK and International Rail
For all UK rail bookings, OFS has full access to one of the UK's largest and most efficient rail booking providers, which allows our clients to realise savings of up to 80% on full ticket prices. Earlier and later trains are displayed to highlight cost saving opportunities to our clients and we can provide Ticket on Departure for last minute travel at many stations.
A full passport and visa procurement service including access to discounted visa rates and full processing of applications and direct access to digital downloads of all applicable forms you need to complete. Visa requirement flagging (at the point of booking) and passport expiry reminders (held within your traveller profile) are all part of our service. Travellers will be notified by the Account Executive of any visa requirements at the time of booking. Visa application information and forms can be supplied at this time. Visa requirements are automatically highlighted by our reservation system at the time of making the booking. Visa applications are tracked throughout the process.
OFS Travel takes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmental sustainability seriously.We are proud of our green initiative. If required we can measure, monitor and analyse travel related carbon emissions. We use the International Carbon Reduction and Offset Alliance (ICROA) which is a non-profit industry body promoting best practice in voluntary carbon management and offsetting. We use the ICAO Carbon Emissions Calculator (iPhone and iPad application) which allows passengers to estimate the emissions attributed to their air travel. The methodology applies the best publicly available industry data to account for various factors such as aircraft types, route specific data, passenger load factors and cargo carried. We will use this information to offset flights through tree planting.

We send details of the potential risk, advice, an emergency number to call should clients need alternative travel arranged.
